A couple of topics in the Avaya Messaging Support (71801X) certification exam syllabus seemed to be out of my league. I practiced and practiced but did not get through. Lastly, my friend suggested to try give simulated tests. But where i was to find them. I found them online after research. Giving Avaya Messaging Support mock tests helped me get through the exam at first attempt.
